The $100 registration fee is non-refundable. If a student cannot obtain a visitor visa/student visa to study in Canada, all program fees will be refunded. If applicable, all homestay fees, medical fees and air transportation fees will be refunded. The student must return the original Letter of Acceptance and a copy of the Letter of Rejection from the Canadian Embassy/Consulate. All program fees, homestay fees, medical fees and air transportation fees will be refunded if ICLS receives a letter of withdrawal more than four weeks prior to the start date. If ICLS receives a letter of withdrawal less than four weeks prior to the start date, all program fees, homestay fees, medical fees and air transportation fees, less a cancellation fee of $150 will be refunded. If a student must postpone the start date, a $50 homestay fee, if applicable, will be charged.
